A solar panel is a power-generation component and does not store electricity by itself. A compatible battery, solar charge controller, wiring, fuses or breakers, and other electrical components may be required to build a complete system.
Verify the panel's actual Vmp, Voc, Imp, and Isc specifications before connecting it to a charge controller, battery system, portable power station, or other electrical equipment.
Do not connect a solar panel directly to a battery unless the manufacturer specifically approves that configuration. Use appropriately rated solar charging equipment.
*12V refers to the intended nominal system application and does not necessarily represent the panel's actual operating voltage. Solar panel output voltage is typically higher than the nominal battery voltage.
Follow the manufacturer's bend-radius and mounting requirements. Excessive bending can damage solar cells and permanently reduce panel performance.
